Chicago Homestay Hosts for Med Students: Our Home4Docs Chicago Homestay is quite unique, in that we only host med students and graduates. Our Chicago homestay is located next door to our home, so our guest med students can enjoy both a host family and the comfort of staying in a rental room with other med students on the same path with similar lifestyles and goals. Our guests do clinical rotations, often set up through clerkship programs or university placements. Our Chicago homestay house has 8 private rooms and 4 bathrooms, two that are ensuite. Our med students and graduates love being able to socialize with each other. They often workout, shop, cook, study, and tour the city together.

If you are a quiet person and like your privacy, there’s no worries. Our homestay offers you the perfect environment for study. And if you’re outgoing and you want to chat, our door is always open. We are available if you need something, and we want to make you feel right at home and part of our family. We understand what it’s like to travel to a foreign country or a new state and how stressful and uncertain visitors can be when they first arrive. Our home is a laid back, friendly house.

We have three sons, all college-aged now. We also have a daughter still at home.
We are friendly and love to take our guests places and invite them for socials too. You are welcome to come carve Halloween pumpkins with us in October, have Thanksgiving Dinner with us in November, and celebrate Christmas with us in December.
If you choose our Home4Docs, you’ll get the best of both worlds. We can’t wait to meet you, invite you over to our house, and get to know you. We are Chicago homestay hosts in the near south suburbs close to Advocate Christ Medical Center, Metro South Blue Island Hospital, Little Company of Mary Hospital, Northwestern Medical at Palos Hospital, and a short commute to Loretto Hospital, Jackson Park Hospital, Mount Sinai in Chicago Hospital.
