We offer 8 fully furnished rooms in a single family residence for med students seeking short term rentals in Chicago area. Our affordable rates include free Wi-Fi and all utilities (electricity, water, natural gas). This property does not have a landline. Guests who visit internationally either use WhatsApp or purchase a cell phone line to make local and international calls from.
Our kitchen has a ‘community shelf’ for spices and non-perishable foods that doctors leave behind when they go. New med student housing guests are welcome to use anything in the community shelf while staying with us. We also have a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, and towels.

We’ve hosted pumpkin carving nights in the fall before Halloween, and have invited doctors to join us for Thanksgiving dinner in November. We’ve had game nights, barbecues, fireworks shows. If you are an international traveler and want to experience the American culture during your visit, our homestay will provide you with the opportunity. But don’t feel pressured to take part. We respect your desire to decline any invitation to socialize with us, no worries.
